This multitasking queen scrolls through social media like it’s her personal sensory playground, hopping from one client’s account to another faster than a kid on a sugar high. Rayna is Rayna-ing when we caught her straighten her hair behind her desk right 2 hours before the after-hours meetings.

As one of the youngest members of the team, Rafa gets teased so often until she couldn’t hold her tears from joy. However, Sania easily tackles every given KOL responsibilities with her warm and friendly character. The whole wide world probably knows Sania, since almost everyone you meet knows her, even in the most random place. Sania is a very hard worker person, you can see it from the way she wants something, she. will. get. it. As simple as cilung and coffee, she will get them with the biggest promo from anyone’s phone! Fret not, Sania’s bag is like Doraemon’s pouch, it got everything you need. From powder to a hair straightener, she has them all!

[About]Introducing Format’s Creative Director with an eccentric design style, Fikri! Fikri’s capable work’s makes him the reliable person on the Creative Team. His eyebags and sluggish stature from working too hard is always there to greet you at the office. With a frown and a pursed lips as his daily wear, Fikri is not as scary as you think. His wide-ranging style of design makes him the go-to guy for Format’s complex brands. More often than not, his complexity is expressed through a big sigh and words that makes everyone burst out laughing.
Shaffa “Es” [Senior Designer]
[About]He is mysterious, yes he is our designer, He is Shaffa also know ES, His nickname might sounded like ice, but he’s no ice king. He’s pure warmth, a walking, talking dose of good vibes, and the kind of person who brightens any room. This guy’s a master of mystery, he’s always out the door right on time, and he’s probably the quietest person in the room. You might not hear much from him, but his branding work? Screaming beautifully. Es is the silent ninja of stunning visuals, proving that you don’t need a loud mic to make a huge impact.

Give it up for Hadi for being so reliable on his first month on Format, Hadi was welcomed with a series of tasklist on his first day, which he conquered like a boss! Don’t be fooled by his bear-like demeanour, Hadi could pounce on any task and finish it in a blink of an eye. His shy self will hide when you fish out his true self, a confident-narcissist person who jokes around.
M. Ricko Bhaskara [Junior Designer]
[About]Never seen without his kangol hat, meet Iko! Format’s Junior Designer with a fun and forward style. His desire and love to design can be seen when you peek his laptop (a workaholic indeed). His ‘street-gangster-style’ image immediately bursts when he opens his mouth and cheeky words come out instead. He struggles with his words but is very fluent in expressing his feelings through design. Though cheeky, Iko’s determination shows when a brief is requested in T-5. He is the ghost of Format (his soul belongs to the office, consider him renting monthly), and the DJ of the creative room!

Website development is his task, and he tackles it like the Beach Boys riding a big wave – no burnout, just good vibes! Arpes dedication shines to the sharp attention to the detail, ensuring perfection in an instant. This is his commitment to makes every project a smooth ride.

She might seem intimidating at first, but once you get to know her, she’s as precious as the newest kid on the block.
